The New Mexico Association of Museums fosters professionalism and collaboration across a wide range of institutions, including art, history, science, military, and children’s museums, as well as historic sites, zoos, gardens, cultural centers, and observatories.

Membership is open to all—seasoned professionals, emerging leaders, volunteers, students, and anyone passionate about museums.To better support individuals at every stage, we offer three simplified membership levels. Choose the option that best fits you or your organization:

Individual Museum Lover Membership
Designed for those dedicated to advancing museums, including staff, independent professionals, and supporters. This includes board members, students, volunteers, and retired professionals.

Institutional Partner Membership
For organizations—nonprofit or for-profit, of any size—that collect, display, and/or interpret objects.

Sponsor Membership
For businesses, individuals, or institutions that wish to further support the mission of the New Mexico Association of Museums.
